General program vision and goals
Insightful Mondays is an advanced coach training and mentoring program, consisting of group weekly meetings.
Participants enrolled in the program will have access to 120 minutes weekly meetings, for a one-year term, which they attend according to their own needs and to their individual pace of learning and growth.
Target audience the program:
coaches who have already graduated a basic coaching training (foundations/fundamentals in coaching)

The learning objectives for coaches who attend the program are:
- The ability to practice coaching at PCC level, according to PCC markers, as published by ICF,
- To efficiently partner with their clients, executives and leaders facing pressing challenges, people transitioning from one job to another or from one industry to another, business owners in order to create new higly-performant cultures in their systems, individuals willing to get life balance etc.
- Coach maturity, expressed through a philosophy-based approach,
- The development of an ongoing reflective practice to enhance one’s coaching,
- The engagement to ongoing learning and development as a coach,
- The embodiment of a leadership & coaching mindset,
- Coaching Business Development
Number of student contact hours included in program:
- Each session lasts 120 minutes.
- The sessions are held every Monday except legal holidays.
- The enrollment in the program provides access to all sessions, for one-year term.

The enrolment in the program is possible anytime, as all the sessions are focused on the practical development of coaching skills.

How the program is delivered
All the sessions are delivered online, via Zoom platform.
Depending on the general climate, meetings can also be arranged in the classroom (in Bucharest, Sos. Gh. I. Sisesti nr. 195 B), without eliminating the unfolding of the training program online.

Requirements
Prior to joining we would like to a have a 15-20 minutes conversation (phone or Zoom) to confirm a fit with your goals and interest.
Policies on payment
The price of the program is 1500 Euro, this is an annual subscription with full payment in advance.
Policies on withdrawals and refunds
We want our students to be committed and serious when they enter our program. For this reason, we have a conversation with each applicant prior to joining our coaching program. It is up to you to confirm fit before starting. We fully refund any payment if you decide to cancel participation before the start of the program. If you cancel participation during the program, there will be no refunding.
